Any refund will be made according to the payment method originally used for the purchase. If you made your purchase using a Prestige Giftbox (or Giftjoy, VIPass), no refund is possible. On the other hand, if you purchased the cancellation insurance, you can change your cruise date up to 24 hours prior to it.

EcoFund Verified is a program that holds us accountable as we measure and reduce our carbon footprint based on international standards and best practices. Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars. Rates are subject to change without notice based on special circumstances, such as changes in the applicable government taxes and fluctuations in the fuel cost. Escapades Memphrémagog also retains the right to modify the schedule or equipment without prior notice.

Tickets for all our cruises cannot be changed or cancelled. We strongly advise you to purchase the cancellation insurance, which is offered at a price of $10 per ticket. This gives you the right to cancel of change the date of your cruise up to 24 hours before the departure. It can only be used once.

As our prices vary depending on the demand, the price of new tickets may differ from you initially paid. Contact us for availability and to change your cruise date.

Once your reservation has been registered, you will be given 24 hours to add the cancellation insurance or a promotional code.

If space availability allows it, we will be happy to add guests at your reservation at any time.

If you have selected the Book Early Promotion at the time of booking, no tickets changes or cancellations will be allowed. The cancellation insurance cannot be combined with the Book Early Promotion.

• Favor saving the reservation on a smartphone rather than printing it.
• Prefer carpooling whenever possible to reduce your carbon footprint.
• Recycle your boarding pass upon returning to the Grand Cru dock.
• Do not leave any waste on the dock and use the bins and recycle containers provided.
• Respect wildlife and flora by avoiding throwing any objects or food into the lake.
• Admire nature without disturbing it so that everyone can continue to marvel at this exceptional setting.
