Le Grand Cru was the brainchild of businessman André L’Espérance, founder of PAL+ | Touristic Experiences. No fewer than 400 pages of technical calculations went into the construction of this unique, open-plan commercial vessel on the shore of Lake Memphremagog!

Le Grand Cru is an eye-catching catamaran that glides across the waters of majestic Lake Memphremagog, an iconic Eastern Townships tourist attraction surrounded by natural beauty. Conceived as a floating restaurant―it can accommodate up to 180 people―the boat was constructed with high quality materials and careful attention to detail.
