The Gourmet Food on Our Cruises
No matter your choice of cruise, the culinary experience is an integral part of Escapades Memphrémagog! The “Anchors Aweigh” cruise features a breakfast/lunch menu to start your day with a bang. The “Offshore” cruise includes a welcome cocktail and a delicious, three-course dinner. The “Bubbly Hour” cruise includes only a welcome cocktail, but we offer a full bar menu along with a few appetizers and snacks made with local ingredients ($).

A Restaurant on the Water
As it glides across the waters of Lake Memphremagog, Le Grand Cru becomes a floating restaurant. Its kitchen staff of over 30 employees work tirelessly to prepare delicious, homemade dishes incorporating fresh, local ingredients, accounting for some 40,000 plates every season! As in any restaurant worth its name, allergies and food intolerances are acknowledged as a challenge for some diners, so gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options are also offered on the menu, for example.
Most of the meals are prepared on the dock. A small galley on board the boat is where dishes are completed and plated before being served. In addition to the high quality of the food, the key to our delicious cuisine is to serve the meals as quickly as possible so they don’t get cold. Watching the waitstaff perform this choreographed “dance” around the tables is quite a sight!
Le Grand Cru also houses two bars and a glass-enclosed wine cellar stocked with approximately 200 bottles of wine. A wide variety of cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are available, as well as a selection of spirits from Quebec and elsewhere. All alcohol served on board, unless included in a cruise package, is subject to an additional charge.

A Wide Choice of Dishes
On all the cruises that include a meal, our menus offer a choice of appetizer, main course and dessert.
You can specify your menu selections—for yourself and your guests—when you make a reservation, either online or by phone. Alternatively, you can do so via the link in your confirmation email, up to 7 days prior to your event. If you fail to make a selection beforehand, your food will be selected by our chef.

Bubbly hour
Although the Bubbly Hour typically includes only a welcome cocktail, we also have a snack and appetizer menu ($) if you feel like ordering some finger food to go along with your classy drink!

The Offshore dinner cruise includes a welcome cocktail, as well as a choice of appetizer, main course and dessert. Our delicious dishes incorporate as many local ingredients as possible.

Wine and Beverage Menu
Did you know that we have an impressive wine cellar on board, stocked with a large selection of vintages? You’ll also find two fully-equipped bars, allowing you to round off your day in style! Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available ($).

Local Producers
We set great store by working with as many local producers as we can. To that end, we feature as many locally-sourced foods as possible on our breakfast/lunch and dinner menus—produce from Quebec, but particularly from Magog and around the Eastern Townships.
