All tables with removable chairs, located in the center of the 1st floor of the boat, as well as the few tables on the 2nd floor* (small lounge with windows). Possibility to accommodate small groups.

The cruise is free for children who are 24 months or less if they are sitting on their parents’ knees. If the latter doesn’t apply, you must pay for a seat. Please let us know when you book if you have children within that age.

We only have booster chairs available. Request must be made upon reserving. For security purposes, no car seats are allowed on the floor.

Yes, we have an access ramp and the restrooms are adapted. The second floor is not accessible however.

The cruise boat is heated or air conditioned when needed.

Yes, the Bubbly Hour outing is about 1.5 hours. There is also a snack and hors d’œuvres menu available on board, as well as a bar menu (additional fees).

Yes, for all cruises, you can choose your main course from our selection. For some, you might also have a choice of appetizer and dessert.

As soon as you book your cruise, you can mention your meal choices, for you and your guests. You can mention it directly when you purchase by phone, or do it online up to 7 days before the date of your cruise. If you don’t make a choice, your meal will be the Chef’s choice.

Tickets for all of our cruises are non-refundable, and non-transferable to another date. We strongly recommend that you purchase our cancellation insurance, which is available at a price of $10 per ticket. This will offer you the option to cancel or change your cruise date up to 24 hours before your outing. Cancellation insurance must be added when purchasing your tickets, or within 24 hours of booking. It can only be used once.

Service usually begins 30 minutes after departure from the dock.

No, but you have to pay the price based on the annual increase, if applicable.

We recommend you reserve as soon as you know the date. This will assure you that you have the outing and seating of your choice (places are limited).

The only discounts are 10% for citizens of the Magog (with a resident card) and 10% for members of the FADOQ.

Please call the ticket office to take advantage of these discounts. Only one discount per outing and per booking.

Yes, you can add guests by phone, mentioning the confirmation number of your initial reservation. Since prices vary based on demand, the ticket price for the addition may differ from what you initially paid.
