What are the different seating options?

The ship offers 2 different types of seating, which will impact the price.

Window section
All tables with booths located next to a window, on the 1st floor of the boat. These tables can accommodate up to 6 people.

Center section
All tables with removable chairs, located in the center of the 1st floor of the boat, as well as the few tables on the 2nd floor* (small lounge with windows). Possibility to accommodate small groups.

Cancellation and Exchange Policy

Tickets for all of our cruises are non-refundable, and non-transferable to another date. We strongly recommend that you purchase our cancellation insurance, which is available at a price of $10 per ticket. This will offer you the option to cancel or change your cruise date up to 24 hours before your outing. Cancellation insurance must be added when purchasing your tickets, or within 24 hours of booking. It can only be used once.

Are the tickets free for children?

The cruise is free for children who are 24 months or less if they are sitting on their parents’ knees. If the latter doesn’t apply, you must pay for a seat. Please let us know when you book if you have children within that age.

At what time do we eat?

Service usually begins 30 minutes after departure from the dock.

Do you have high chairs for children?

We only have booster chairs available. Request must be made upon reserving. For security purposes, no car seats are allowed on the floor.

Is there an expiration date on the gift cards?

No, but you have to pay the price based on the annual increase, if applicable.

Can we bring baby food on board?

Yes, and we have a microwave oven available for heating.

How much in advance do I have to reserve?

We recommend you reserve as soon as you know the date. This will assure you that you have the outing and seating of your choice (places are limited).

Is it accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, we have an access ramp and the restrooms are adapted. The second floor is not accessible however.

Are there any discounts (senior citizens, CAA, discount cards, companion to people with disabilities, etc.)?

The only discounts are 10% for citizens of the Magog (with a resident card) and 10% for members of the FADOQ.

Please call the ticket office to take advantage of these discounts. Only one discount per outing and per booking.

What is the distance between the seating bench and the table?

Approximately 30 cm. It is possible to request a table with removable armchairs when reserving center section.

How do you celebrate birthdays?

What is the passenger capacity?

180 passengers

What is the distance between the parking lot and the ticket office?

Approximately 450 meters, so about a 5-minute walk. A free shuttle service is always available.

Is there a dress code?

No. We recommend a casual attire.

Is there a cost associated with parking?

The cost for parking is $2.50/hour to a maximum of $10 per day, payable at the ticket machine. Ticket machine will require your license plate information.

Is it possible to visit the Captain’s cabin?

Unfortunately no, for security reasons.

What is the address of the parking lot?

The parking is located at 345, Du Moulin Street, Magog (Quebec) J1X 4A1

At what time do we have to present ourselves on site?

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to departure.

Do you allow Mira service dogs on board?

Yes, in one section of the boat. Please notify us at the moment of the reservation.

I have not received my tickets via email, is this normal?

Yes. Tickets are only issued on-site, upon your arrival, at the ticketing during your check-in. By email, you will receive only your purchase confirmation, which includes all the details of your reservation.

Are pregrant women allowed on the boat?

We have the same restrictions as airlines. Women with high-risk pregnancies or exceeding the 36th week are unfortunately not allowed.

Do we have access to the seating plan?

It is unfortunately not possible to choose your place on the boat. However, for information purposes only, the boat plan is available on this page.

Is it possible to bring wheel chairs, walkers and strollers onboard?

Yes, as long as they are foldable. It is however not possible to bring them directly to your table.

Is it hot or cold inside the boat?

The cruise boat is heated or air conditioned when needed.

Are there any restrooms on the boat?

Yes, there are a few restrooms.

Can we do a cruise without having a meal?

Yes, the Bubbly Hour outing is about 1.5 hours. There is also a snack and hors d’œuvres menu available on board, as well as a bar menu (additional fees).

What are the payment methods?

On the boat and at the ticket office: debit card, MasterCard, Visa and cash.
When you reserve (online or by phone): MasterCard and Visa.

We do not accept prepaid credit cards.

Can we choose our meal?

Yes, for all cruises, you can choose your main course from our selection. For some, you might also have a choice of appetizer and dessert.

As soon as you book your cruise, you can mention your meal choices, for you and your guests. You can mention it directly when you purchase by phone, or do it online up to 7 days before the date of your cruise. If you don’t make a choice, your meal will be the Chef’s choice.

What do we see during our cruise?

Houses around the lake, little islands, surrounding mountains, and the Saint-Benoît-du-Lac Abbey, depending on which outing you choose.

Is there a discount for group reservations?

For groups of 20 or more people, you can make your reservation through one of our sales representatives to receive a discount and coordination service by calling 1-888-422-8328, extension 1.

Is it possible to add guests to an already confirmed reservation?

Yes, you can add guests by phone, mentioning the confirmation number of your initial reservation. Since prices vary based on demand, the ticket price for the addition may differ from what you initially paid.
