The Cuisine
The boat is a large indoor restaurant. Our kitchen has more than 30 employees at work to prepare delicious homemade dishes with fresh, local products in order to offer you a cuisine worthy of the best tables. The team serves over 40,000 dishes per season, and pays special attention to allergies and intolerances. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
The Grand Cru has 2 bars and a cellar which contains around 200 bottles of wine. A wide variety of cocktails are available as well as various liquors from Quebec!
Menu Choices
For all cruises with meal, you can choose your main course from our selection. For some, you might also have a choice of appetizer and/or dessert.
You can make your meal choices, for you and your guests, when you book your cruise (online or by phone). Otherwise, you can do it via the link in your confirmation email, up to 7 days prior to your cruise date. If you don’t make a choice, it will be our Chef’s choice.
Local Food Producers
It is important for us to work with local producers. To this end, each year we try to feature as many terroir products as possible in our menus.
