2020 Cancellation Policy: due to COVID-19, we have changed our cancellation policy. All purchases made through our website, by phone and at the ticket office are fully refundable up to 14 business days before the scheduled date of your cruise. You can also change the date of your cruise or request a credit for the value of your purchase up to 7 working days before the scheduled date of your outing. If you would like to get a credit, it will be valid for the 2020 and 2021 seasons. It will be possible to cancel and request a refund up to 2 hours before your trip only if you have purchased our cancellation insurance ($10).
