What preventive measures are in place for the 2020 season to reduce the risks associated with COVID-19?
- Our team wears the necessary protective equipment.
- The capacity of the boat is reduced for all outings.
- Several outings are canceled: only the Aperitif outing and the dinner-cruise are currently available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The other types of outings are expected to return to normal for 2021.
- All tables were arranged to respect a distance of 2 m between them. For tables where this was not possible, a panel was set up to separate them.
- Plexiglass panels were installed in the boat.
- Each table and chair is cleaned between each passenger to avoid cross-contamination.
- Surfaces are regularly disinfected, and the boat is thoroughly cleaned between outings.
- A few hand disinfection stations have been installed on the boat.
- A survey is sent to all passengers a few days before their departure to ensure that they are not at risk.
- These questions are asked again upon boarding.
- Each passengers has to bring their own face mask, and wear it while moving around the boat.
The ship offers 2 different types of seating, which will impact the price.
All tables with seats located next to a window, on the 1st floor of the boat. These tables can only accommodate 4 people.
All tables with removable chairs, located in the center of the 1st floor of the boat, as well as the few tables on the 2nd floor (small lounge with windows). Possibility to accommodate small groups.

The cruise is free for children who are 24 months or less if they are sitting on their parents’ knees. If the latter doesn’t apply, you must pay for a seat. Please let us know when you book if you have children within that age.
We only have booster chairs available. Request must be made upon reserving. For security purposes, no car seats are allowed on the floor.

Yes, we have an access ramp and the restrooms are adapted. The second floor is not accessible however.

Yes, it’s normal. We emit the boarding tickets 1 hour prior to departure. You have to present yourself at the ticket office at the dock when you arrive.

The cruise boat is heated or air conditioned when needed.
Yes, it is possible by adding a chair at the end of the table. Please note it will be a tighter fit. To reserve for 5 people, you need to book by phone.
Yes, the Aperitif outing is about 1.5 hours. There is also a snack and hors d’œuvres menu available on board, as well as a bar menu (additional fees).
Yes, for all cruises, you can choose your main course from our selection. For some, you might also have a choice of appetizer and dessert.
As soon as you book your cruise, you can mention your meal choices, for you and your guests. You can mention it directly when you purchase by phone, or do it online up to 7 days before the date of your cruise. If you don’t make a choice, your meal will be the Chef’s choice.
Due to COVID-19, we have changed our cancellation policy for 2020.
All purchases made through our website, by phone and at the ticket office are fully refundable up to 14 business days before the scheduled date of your cruise. You can also change the date of your cruise or request a credit for the value of your purchase up to 7 working days before the scheduled date of your outing. If you would like to get a credit, it will be valid for the 2020 and 2021 seasons. It will be possible to cancel and request a refund up to 2 hours before your trip only if you have purchased our cancellation insurance ($10).

No, but you have to pay the price based on the annual increase, if applicable.
We recommend you reserve as soon as you know the date. This will assure you that you have the outing and seating of your choice (places are limited).
The only discounts are 10% for citizens of the Magog (with a resident card) and 10% for members of the FADOQ. You can also get 10% off if you book your train outing at the same time as your cruise.
Please call the ticket office to take advantage of these discounts. Only one discount per outing and per booking.
We add a Bengal light to the person’s dessert. Please let our team know when you make the reservation (by phone only).
Approximately 450 meters, therefore a 5 to 6 minutes walk. A shuttle service is always available.
The cost for parking is $2.50/hour to a maximum of $10 per day, payable at the ticket machine. Ticket machine will require your license plate information.
